This is a compressed diamond interchange between Interstate 77 (West Virginia Turnpike) and County Route 48 (Odd Road) near Ghent, West Virginia. The interchange was constructed in the late 1970s when the Turnpike was widened to four lanes. Prior to this, there was no exit where the two roads crossed. The interchange has not been significantly modified since it was built.
