182-foot, 12-story office building completed in 1935. Designed by Babb, Cook & Willard, it is clad in tan brick above a 3-story limestone base. It was originally the Brown Companies Building, whose name is still inscribed in a panel above the entrance at the north end of the west facade. The entry has a recessed glass door and sidelights in a beige granite surround. At the south end is a round-arched, beveled entrance to a commercial space, with glass double-doors below a fanlight. There is a single-window at the 2nd floor above both of these bays, and in between is a 2-story bay with larger show-windows (and glass door incorporated at the ground floor), with the two floors separated by brown metal panels. A stone cornice tops the 2nd floor, and the 3rd floor has four single-windows with incised panels on the stone piers. A band course caps the base.

The upper floors on the west facade also have four bays of single-windows, with stone sills and splayed brick lintels. There is another stone band course above the 10th floor, and the 12th floor has round-arched windows with brackets on the sills, brick panels below them, and keystones on the arches, forming the base of the stone roof cornice that has an egg-and-dart molding along the top edge.

The lower two floors of the base along 31st Street have five bays in the middle similar to the middle bay on the west facade. The west end has a wide segmental-arched opening at the ground floor with a window, and two single-windows at the 2nd floor. The east end has a round-arch with a service entrance with black metal doors, and a single-window at the 2nd floor. The upper floors have paired windows in the west end bay and five middle bays, and a single-window in the east end bay. The trim matches that on the west facade.

The ground floor is occupied by a Chick-Fil-A restaurant.
