150-foot, 12-story Neo-Renaissance office building completed in 1913. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, it is clad in beige brick above a 2-story limestone base. The middle of the ground floor has a metal, stone, and glass storefront with centered glass double-doors and plate-glass show-windows. The building's main entrance is at the east end, with a steel-framed glass door, narrow sidelights, and a tall transom set in a slightly-arched surround. A matching surround at the west end has a more-recessed freight entrance with metal double-doors and a tall transom. There is a large panel of metal louvers above the storefront. The 2nd floor has two bays of triple-windows with dark-brown iron mullions, and a wide iron pilaster between the bays. A simple stone cornice caps the base.

The upper floors have two bays of triple-windows with black iron mullions. They have stone sills and between floors are small, square stone panels with foliate ornament. There are geometric brick forms at the piers on the 10th floor, and the spandrels between the 10th & 11th floors have trios of shields. The facade is crowned by a modillioned terra-cotta roof cornice.

The west elevation is clad in brown brick (with a former advertisement at the front top floor painted over in white), and has seven bays of single-windows behind it.
