7-story Neo-Romanesque office building completed in 1904. Designed by H.W. Howard, it is clad in brown brick above a 2-story base with black iron and glass infill and three banded limestone piers. The main entrance is at the east end, with glass double-doors. The west end has a freight entrance with matching doors, and in the middle is a storefront with plate-glass windows and another set of glass double-doors. The 2nd floor has two bays of large 4-pane windows with black iron lintels. The base is capped by a thin stone cornice.

The upper floors are organized into two halves, each with a center bay of paired windows, and a single-window bay on either side. They all have stone sills and lintels topped by thin cornices. The 7th-floor windows are round-arched, with larger arches spanning the paired windows. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by JP Metal America, Inc.
