12-story office building completed in 1911. Designed by William H. Birkmire, it is clad in beige brick above a 3-story base with black iron and glass infill, framed by limestone around the edges. The main entrance is at the east end, with a glass door, next to a freight entrance with narrow metal doors each with a round window cutout. The rest of the ground floor has a pair of storefronts and a metal service door at the west end. The middle slightly projects out from the ends. The 2nd & 3rd floors have double-windows in the end bays and wider window bands in the projecting center bay, all with upper transom panes. Black metal spandrels separate the floors. The base is capped by a stone band with an egg-and-dart molding above a geometric pattern, and the tops of the end piers are adorned with medallions with hanging pendants.

The upper floors have a center bay with four window panes, and end bays with double-windows, all with black iron mullions. There are thin stone sills and broader, flat lintels. At the top of the 10th floor the piers have stone shields, and this floor is capped by a dentiled cornice.

The top two floors have white terra-cotta piers with red brick centers, and they have elaborate capitals at the top of the 12th floor. The middle bay has three wider windows separated by white terra-cotta pilasters. The terra-cotta spandrels between the top two floors are adorned with elaborate foliate ornament. The facade is crowned by a projecting, black metal roof cornice with large modillions, and scrolled brackets at each pier.

The side elevations are clad in reddish-brown brick, with a few bays of single-windows. The ground floor is occupied by Food For Thought catering.
