150-foot, 12-story Neo-Renaissance office building completed in 1912. Designed by William H. Birkmire, it has a tripartite composition, with a 3-story limestone base, a 7-story brown brick midsection, and a 2-story limestone crown. The lower two floors have double-height openings, with a glass-and-metal storefront in the wide middle bay, in which two sets of glass double-doors are set. The main entrance is in the east bay, with glass double-doors in a glass surround, and the west bay has a service entrance with black metal double-doors. The piers have grey granite bases, and the 2nd floor is separated in each bay by a black iron spandrel. The 2nd floor has large 4-window groups in the outer bays, and two such windows paired together in the middle, with black metal framing; these windows have upper transom panes. The 3rd floor is transitional, set off with an egg-and-dart molding, and has four bays of windows. They have end panes that angle back into the facade and double-windows facing front, also with black metal framing and upper transom panes. The base is capped by a brick band surmounted by a stone string course with a decorative molding.

The mid-section has four bays of triple-windows with black iron mullions and white terra-cotta lintels. The brick spandrels have stone wreaths at their centers. The top two floors have stone piers and are set off by a stone band with an egg-and-dart molding. The piers are paneled and have wreaths at the tops. The original roof cornice has been removed. The ground floor is occupied by a furniture store.
