150-foot, 12-story Neo-Renaissance/Romanesque office building completed in 1910. Designed by Frederick C. Zobel, the 3-bay facade is clad in brick above a 2-story base with banded limestone piers. The ground floor has glass-and-metal storefronts, with glass double-doors in the left side of the middle bay. The end bays are split into halves, with storefront sections in the inner halves, and building entrances at the outer halves. The main entrance is in the east bay, with glass double-doors below a small canopy. The west bay has a service entrance with brown metal double-doors. There is a black corrugated metal spandrels between the two lower floors in each bay. The 2nd floor has large triple-windows with short upper panes. The base is capped by a stone cornice.

The upper floors have triple-windows in the three bays, with black iron mullions. The 3rd floor has a continuous stone lintel course, and the 4th floor is set off by a projecting stone band. The 9th floor has iron cross-shaped ornament on the piers, and another band sets off the top of the building. The top floor has round-arched bays with keystones, and there are large medallions topping the four piers. The facade is crowned by a boldly-projecting black metal roof cornice with oversized modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Bernstein Display.
