213-foot, 21-story modernist hotel completed in 2015. Designed by Peter Poon, it is set far back from the sidewalk and clad in a curtain wall of glass and grey steel. The small plaza and restaurant seating areas in front are fully covered by a frosted-glass-and-metal canopy. The centered main entrance has sliding glass doors, and there are window walls to either side, with a service area at the east end.

The upper floors have thin, silver metal spandrels between each floor, with window bands spanning the facade, broken up into narrow panes by darker grey metal mullions. The pattern is consistent from floor to floor, but the width of the windows varies across each floor. There is a setback above the 17th floor.

The hotel contains 313 guest rooms. The west part of the ground floor is occupied by The Wilson restaurant.
