190-foot, 17-story modernist hotel completed in 2010. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is set far back from the sidewalk, with a peaked, glass-and-metal canopy extending out from the entrance. The facade is clad in white pre-cast concrete panels on the 2nd-5th floors, and grey brick above. The ground floor has sliding glass doors with thin sidelights and transom in grey metal framing at the center bay. The side bays both have a metal-framed glass door next to a plate-glass window, with metal louvers above them.

The upper floors have three bays of double-windows with metal air-conditioning vents below. At the brick upper floors, each of the four piers has a vertical white stripe running from the 6th-9th floors, and again at the 15th-17th. At the top three floors there are metal railings fronting the windows of each bay.

The west side elevations is clad in grey brick at the front, with plain tan concrete behind, and has no openings. The east elevation has grey brick at the rear half, and tan concrete behind, also with no openings. The hotel contains 210 guest rooms.
