326-foot, 32-story modernist hotel completed in 2021. Designed by Peter Poon Architects, it is set far back from the sidewalk, with the east end set slightly farther back. The front facade is clad in floor-to-ceiling glass with black metal framing, interspersed with vertical grey metal panels and matching grey metal bands between floors, alternating with slightly thinner, silver metal bands.
A mechanical floor at the 16th floor is screened with by black metal grilles. The side elevations have no openings and are clad in opaque grey metal paneling. The hotel contains 203 guest rooms.
