 office building, 1925_construction

6-story office building completed in 1925. It spans through the block, with both facades clad in red brick. The ground floor on 29th Street is polished tan granite, with the main entrance near the right end; it has metal-and-glass double-doors and a peaked transom set in a white stone surround with a keystone at the peak. To the left is a glass-and-metal storefront with the show-windows set back between paneled black iron piers. The storefront spans five bays, with the entrance in the 2nd from the left, with a recessed door.

The upper floors of the north facade have three bays of 3-over-3 windows, and a west bay of double-windows, all with brick sills. The wider west bays have somewhat wider black metal framing and mullions. At the 2nd floor, the three east bays have a white stone band running below, and a molded cornice above, with slender, white stone colonnettes at the west end and between the two eastern bays. The middle pier is decorated with small, white stone ornament of a rosette at the center of the pier on each floor, and a larger medallion-like form between each floor. The 6th floor has a white stone cornice running over the two middle bays, carried on three scrolled brackets. The roof line has a simple stone coping, higher at the west bay.

The ground floor at the south facade on 28th Street has two painted stone, brick, metal, and glass storefronts. The western one is more traditional, with a central entrance recessed between two show-windows, while the eastern one lacks any kind of display window; it instead has two sets of metal double-doors and some vents. The upper floors of the south facade have eight bays of single-windows, split into two halves. Each window has a green metal sill with small, ornamental, cone-shaped brackets and an arched green metal cornice with small dentils. The facade is crowned by a small, grey metal roof cornice with dentils.

The ground floor is occupied by Americargo Logistics on 28th Street, and Fur Warehouse on 29th Street.
