150-foot, 12-story Beaux-Arts office building completed in 1913. Designed by Frederick C. Zobel, it is clad in beige brick above a 3-story limestone base with black iron infill. The ground floor has two storefronts in the middle, with the main entrance on the west end (with a metal-framed glass door, sidelight, and transom), and a freight entrance on the east end (with metal double-doors). The 2nd & 3rd floors have two bays of 4-over-2 windows separated by a 2-story paneled iron pilaster with a small Corinthian capital and bellflower. The limestone surround framing the bays has rounded upper corners, and a stone cartouche flanked by garlands and ribbons. Within the frame, the cast-iron spandrels between these floors both have a long rectangular panel with notched corners, flanked by two smaller ones.

The upper floors have two bays of 4-pane windows with black iron mullions and flat stone sills and lintels. The 11th floor is set off by an egg-and-dart molding carried on three cartouches, and the top two floors are organized into four bays of double-windows. The five piers have more cartouches at the top of the 12th floor, surmounted by a stone roof cornice with small finials, as well as a pair of small urns above a garland at each bay.

The east elevation is clad in brown brick and has a bay of single-windows near the front edge, and 5-6 more single-windows in the middle, depending on the floor. The ground floor is occupied by Vasesource, and FleuraMetz florist.
