4-story office building completed around the 1920s. The front facade on 30th Street is clad in brown brick. The ground floor has a recessed entrance with a glass-and-wooden door on the left, and a storefront on the right. The 2nd floor has a 4-pane studio window with upper transom panes, in brown metal framing.

The top two floors have three bays of single-windows with brick surrounds at the 3rd floor. The top of the facade has a brick parapet with brick outlined rectangles, and a stone coping, stepped up at the center.
