474-foot, 42-story postmodern hotel completed in 2018. Designed by Nobutaka Ashihara, it is clad in brown brick. A tall base matches the heights of the adjoining building's roof line on the west, with a slender tower set back above it. The ground floor has glimmering stainless-steel panels in the middle, with multiple sets of glass doors. To either side are black metal service doors, and nearly the entire ground floor is covered by a brown metal canopy. The brick pattern is formed by squares of three vertical bricks alternating with squares of three horizontal bricks. This pattern continues onto the uppers floors as well.

Above the ground floor is a 2-story expanse without windows, featuring a pattern where some of the 3-brick square groupings are projected slightly forward. The pattern of projected bricks grows sparser as it moves upward to the 4th floor, where there is a wide band of black metal grilles across vent openings. A pattern of projecting bricks continues all the way up the tower. The 5th-7th floors have open-air bays (a wide one flanked by a narrow one on each side, for both ends of the front facade) that reveal the set-back tower behind. There is also one bay of large, square openings on the front of the east facade at these three floors; the rest of the east elevation is faced in plain pre-cast concrete with no openings.

The upper floors above the setback have two bays of paired windows. At the top two floors, there are bands of windows on the left, and distinctly projecting balcony slabs on the right, extending forward from the facade. These floors are occupied by Dear Irving on Hudson, a bi-level cocktail bar that takes up the 40th and 41st floors of the Aliz Hotel in Times Square. The west elevation is also plain concrete with no openings. Besides the lobby, the ground floor is occupied by Farm To Burger restaurant. The hotel contains 287 guest rooms.
