 condominiums, Modern (architecture)

155-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2017 for Michael Shvo. Designed by Peter Marino Architect, it is clad in black metal panels and glass. The panels at the ground floor on the east facade are silver instead of black, and there is a long window band at the south end. The north end has a freight entrance with bronze doors. The building takes its name from a Getty gas station which occupied the site prior.

The upper floors are organized into roughly five bays on the east facade, with black metal panels of varying widths, staggered at different spacings. The windows wrap around the southeast corner, and at the south end of the 3rd-4th floors (and along most of the south facade) there are double-height windows, also seen at the top two floors on the south facade. The southwest corner has a number of recessed balconies of different sized depending on the floor.

The lower two floors are occupied by the Hill Art Foundation, with condos on the upper floors. Residents include Robert F. Smith.
