5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1860. The narrow facade is clad in brownstone, with two bays of windows. At the ground floor there is a small set of steps on the left leading down to the entrance with a glass door and sidelight. To the right is a large window, and both are set in squared moldings. In front of the window a tree is planted, enclosed by wrought-iron fencing.

The upper floors have segmental-arched windows with flat lintels and sills, taller at the 2nd floor. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with acanthus-leaf brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels.
