141-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1924. Designed by Sommerfeld & Steckler, it is clad in light-beige brick above a 4-story limestone base. The ground floor is lined with metal-and-glass storefronts, with the main entrance at the center having a metal-and-glass door and a set of metal service doors, set in a white stone surround with a brown metal border.

The 2nd-4th floors have four bays of tripartite windows with brown metal framing; the outer section of each is divided into three smaller stacked panes. The stone spandrels have outlined rectangular panels, and the base is capped by a dentiled band course.

The upper floors have four bays triple-windows with brown metal mullions. The center pier is decorated by a garland and bellflower ornament between the 8th & 9th floors. The outer bays set back above the 11th floor, and the middle bays have double-windows at the 12th floor, surmounted by a peaked pediment.

The west elevation is clad in the same brick, and has four bays of triple-windows, with a number of protruding air-conditioning units. The ground floor is occupied by SB Fashion, Pegasus USA International, Palms Fashion, and Suneco Tees and Gifts.
