Ventilation and mechanical building designed in modernist style and completed in 2014, serving the MTA Line 7 subway station. It is clad in grey brick with a grey granite ground-floor level. The upper wall surfaces have very large steel vent louvers, and there are steel service doors on both the north and west facades.
