SIR Stage 37

4-story (1-story stage section) theater and event space building completed in 1913. Both sections are clad in red brick. The 4-story section at the east end has two grey metal service doors at the ground floor, flanking a short double-window. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with stone sills.

The much wider but shorter 1-story section to the west actually reaches the 3rd floor of the east section. It has a large loading dock at the west end, and two more in the middle, one of which has been converted to the main entrance for the event space, with glass doors behind the roll-down metal gate. To the left, and between the western docks are service doors.
