The Draper Ascend Hotel

210-foot, 22-story hotel completed in 2019. Designed by Nobutaka Ashihara, the facade is set back from the streetwall and clad in dark-grey metal and dark-tinted glass. The east end of the front facade projects slightly farther out than the rest up to the 7th floor. Almost the west half is more setback above the 15th floor, and the rest sets back again above the 22nd floor to the mechanical levels, which are clad in the same curtain wall style.

The ground floor has a glass canopy extending in front of it, carried on steel girders, with "The Draper" in blue-green neon script letters attached to the front. The ends of the ground floor are clad in grey stone, with pairs of black metal service doors. The middle section is glass.

The hotel contains 120 guest rooms.
