205-foot, 20-story modernist hotel completed in 2024. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is clad in grey-hued brick surrouding a glass curtain wall, set back from the lot line. The ground floor is glass, with a metal canopy, and a larger wood canopy overlapping and covering the main entrance on the right. Right of center is a projecting column, extending from the 2nd floor to the 14th, with a staggered window arrangement framed by wood panels. The tower culminates with a setback followed by a bulkhead lined with two diagonal rows of windows. The hotel contains 200 guest rooms.
