27-story modernist hotel completed in 2017. Designed by Nobutaka Ashihara Architects and VLDG, it is clade in reflective glass and black metal spandrels on the tower section that is set back from the base. The base consists of a ground floor that is also set back, with a mirrored glass wall and glass doors, topped by a light-grey pre-cast stone section that extends out to the lot line, and has a pattern of thin, horizontal strips. Three flagpoles project from the top of this band.

There are two rooftop bars, Paloma restaurant on the ground floor, and the hotel contains 176 guest rooms.
