The canopy is topped by a terrace, which includes steel spiral staircase ascending to it from the ground level, in front of the glass wall, on the east side. The upper part of the base is supported on large, squared white columns, with a recessed glass wall behind them, and it has six large, vertical, steel vent screens, with a glass railing capping the base.

The top floors are also pre-cast stone, with six large, rectangular cutouts that mirror the vents at the base, behind which sit a rooftop bar. The hotel contains 296 guest rooms.
