2-story commercial building completed in 1903 as a stable. Designed by Charles Henry, it is clad in grey-painted brick, but the entire upper floors is covered by a bright yellow painted advertisement, except at the windows. The ground floor has a garage door on the left, and a metal service door on the right. The upper floors has two single-windows, the western one closer to the edge. The tip of a shallow-peaked brick roof parapet peeks over the top of the 2nd-floor signage.
