Estate home designed c. 1924 in the French Manor House style by James W. O'Connor with interiors by Lenygon & Morant for Geraldyn Livingston Redmond, Sr. Redmond was a direct descendant of the First Lord of the Manor Robert Livingston, recipient of a 1673 land grant from Queen Anne. Noted blacksmith Samuel Yellin designed ironwork. Landscaping was planned by Robert Fowler.

The entry gates were later salvaged from "Matinecock Point".
