2-story commercial building completed in 1920. Designed by Alex Tischler as a storage and office building, it is clad in brick now painted a peach color, and stuccoed on the 2nd floor and the three piers. The ground floor has an entrance on the left, with a recessed metal door below a square window. To the right is a double-window, and the west bay has a single-window (that was likely originally a triple-window given its long sill). The 2nd floor has a single-window and a double-window in the east bay, and a tripartite window in the west. The roof line has a stone coping painting a matching color, with ornament at the three piers.
