1-story car wash building completed in the 1950s. The facades are clad in beige stucco, with grey tiles along the lower level on the longer south facade. The car wash entrance is from the avenue, with the exit at the west end of the south facade on 46th Street. To the left of the entrance is a glass door into the small lobby/office area. There is also a glass door near the exit on the south facade. The upper half of the facade has a red band at the bottom and a green band and red band across the top. Both facades have lettering spelling out "CASH WASH", and there is also a vertical sign at the southeast corner, rising above the roof line.
