320-foot, 23-story modernist/cubist office building completed in 2022. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the building features staggered setbacks, carved-out corners, and multi-story cantilevering floors. The facades are of white, poured-in-place concrete and blue glass. The fenestration features grids of massive punched windows.

The ground floor is deeply recessed behind an arcade of concrete piers at both main facades, with a glass wall above a low granite base and topped by metal vents. On every floor the piers are fluted while the concrete spandrels are smooth. The upper floors are stacked, with setbacks above the 5th, 9th, 12th, and 19th floor, each creating a terrace with glass railings. The setbacks vary in both their depth and orientation. The main entrance is through a 3-story high opening in the grid at the south end of the east facade on Broadway. The west elevation is blank concrete.
