A pair of 7-story modernist residential buildings connected by a courtyard and cellar-level open space in between (with a terrace and enclosed glass greenhouse), completed in 2013. Designed by Perkins Eastman, the buildings are clad in grey metal panels and glass. On the street-side elevations of both buildings, the 1st floor is partially located below curb level. The exceptions are the entrances, which span the 2nd floor and the upper, exposed part of the 1st floor.

At 540 West 49th the entrance is near the west end, with glass double-doors below a grey metal canopy that extends a bit farther to the left. East of this section is a metal bay with two service doors, and then six bays of windows, with the low 1st-floor windows growing even shorter at the east end. The upper floors have wider, glass panels instead of metal piers between bays, with floor-to-ceiling triple-windows and grey metal spandrels between floors.

The main entrance at 545 West 48th Street is closer to the center, also with glass double-doors, and to the right of them are two metal service doors. The upper floors have eight bays of either triple- or double-windows. The west elevation is a blank facade of white concrete with no openings.

The complex contains a total of 110 condominium units.
