7-story modernist residential building completed in 2005. The facade is clad in pale-green glass with aluminum framing, above a black granite water table. The centered entrance is slightly recessed, with glass double-doors to the right of which is a steel-framed green-glass single-door. Above, the center section has a narrow pane flanked by a large square pane and then a not-quite-as-narrow pane with thicker framing and metal air-conditioning vents located below. The outer bays have recessed balconies with glass railings, fronting windows and glass doors that open onto the balconies.
