5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1884. It is clad in brownstone and has a round-arched, deeply-recessed central entrance atop a low stoop, with a black wooden door with two vertical glass panes. On either side is a wide, rounded-arched single-window with a bracketed brownstone sill, below which are delicate rosettes and simple geometric ornament. The ground floor is banded, and the thee openings have smooth brownstone surrounds, each with a keystone bearing a winged design.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with full brownstone surrounds, including bracketed sills and cornices with low, scrolled pediments. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, intermediate brackets, dentils, and four panels with rosettes. There is also a separate, 5-story rear building behind the front building.
