The Cherepishki Rocks are a natural landmark, formed by cutting the river Iskar in the rising Balkan Mountains (Stara Planina) chain. The rocks are unique with their variety of natural forms, formed at an altitude of 200 to 600 meters. The Cherepish Rocks acquire a canyon-like character with a picturesque view - near the village of Lakatnik, the Cherepish Monastery and the village of Lyutibrod.
