5-story residential building completed in 1871. It is clad in red-painted brick above a beige stone ground floor. The upper floors are four bays wide, and there was originally a stoop leading up to a parlor-floor entrance in the 2nd bay from the west. The stoop has been removed, and this bay converted to a window, wider than the others. It retains its decorative stone lintel topped by a rounded pediment. The new entrance is below, at the ground floor, with a metal-framed glass door down a couple steps from the sidewalk. To its left is a small storefront, and to the right is a triple-window behind an iron fence.

The upper floors have single-windows in each bay, narrower than the one at the former entrance, with beige stone sills and lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels.

The west elevation of the building is faced in beige stucco, with three bays of single-windows. The ground floor is occupied by Ana Ramen restaurant.
