Estate home designed c. 1924 in the Tudor Revival style by on 29 acres of land Mann & MacNeille for Nicholas Solomon Jonas {financier}. Jonas served as was a founder of Manufacturers Trust Co., president of Citizens Trust Co., and vice president of Sumner Savings Bank. A champion of Jewish causes, he also served on the boards of the Jewish Hospital of Brooklyn and Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities, and was a member of the New York City Board of Education. He commissioned formal landscaping by John Jacob Levison.

After being subsequently owned by George Devendorf, the estate was demolished in 1960.
