Former "Brookwood" estate designed c. 1929 in the 20th Century Eclectic by Thomas Harlan Ellett for Henry Miller Minton {industrialist}. Minton served as chairman and president of Church & Dwight Co., the company behind Arm & Hammer Baking Soda. He had lived prior to 1932 at 159 Brixton Road in Garden City.

The mansion is no longer extant; replaced by a housing development called The Gates at North Hills.
