3-story car dealership completed in 1984. The facade was remodeled in 2014, and is now clad in white cast-stone, glass, and silver metal paneling, above a black granite water table. The west facade on the avenue has stone ends (with vertical rectangular panels of varying widths, and shorter panels between floors) framing a metal section and a glass curtain-wall section; the stone area at the south end is wider. The metal paneled section toward the north has the main entrance at the ground floor, with glass-and-stainless-steel double-doors set in a glass-and-steel surround, and a window section to the right separated by a projecting pier. all covered by a metal-paneled canopy, with a Cadillac sign above it. The panels end below the top floor, which is recessed between the north and south stone end sections. To the south, the wider glass curtain-wall section has lighter-colored, square metal panels at the spandrels between floors, and the top floor is also recessed, with silver paneling extending across the roof line, between the stone end sections.

The south facade on 50th Street has a quite wide stone section at the west end, and a narrower east end, both with a small, recessed metal service door at the ground floor; the west section also has a set of car company logos behind a steel "POTAMKIN' sign above the service door. The middle has a very wide glass curtain wall that matches the one on the west facade, including the recessed top floor. To its right is a narrower section of silver metal panels, with a garage door at the ground floor, and the top floor still recessed above it. Ramps for cars are visible behind the glass section.

Part of the building extends through the block to a 1-story wing on 51st Street, housing the service department. It is clad in white pre-cast stone above the black granite water table. The west end has a narrow garage door; to the east is an entrance with a steel-framed glass door and sidelight, and a window, followed by a wider garage bay, a large 4-pane window, and a metal service door at the east end.

The building is occupied by Potamkin, dealing in Cadillac, GMC, Chevrolet, and Buick.
