175-foot, 20-story modernist hotel completed in 2009. Designed by Nobutaka Ashihara Associates, it is clad in orange brick with white stone quoins at the edges, above a 2-story base set far back from the street. The ground floor is glass and steel, with multiple sets of glass doors. A glass-and-metal canopy covers the plaza space in front that has some patio seating. The 2nd floor is clad in rusticated white pre-cast stone, and all the upper floors have four bays of square openings with double-windows in white metal framing, with separate, horizontal upper panes. Brick lintel courses runs across each floor. The 18th floor is set off by stone bands below and above, and the top floors are set back. The hotel contains 122 guest rooms.
