Gye Seom-wol is the second of the 8 fairies that he meets white escaping from a revolution. She is a misfortunate woman who was sold as a gisaeng for her father's funeral expenses. She is the most famous gisaeng in Nakyang. Gye Seom-wol encounters all types of humiliation and sadness as a gisaeng, hoping to meet a sincere nobleman, to experience happiness. Once she sees Yang So-yu's sentence, she commits herself to him. However, she can't become a wife, due to her social status as a gisaeng, but she introduces Yang So-yul to Jeong Gyeongpae, becoming his concubine.
