Davis-Purdue Agricultural Center (DPAC) is located in the Central Till Plain natural region in Randolph County approximately 15 miles north northeast of Muncie, Indiana. The farm contains 623 acres with 126 acres of forest. This forest, originally acquired in 1917, is the oldest mapped, temperate deciduous forest in North America and the 51 acre, Compartment 1, was officially dedicated as a registered National Natural Landmark by the National Park Service in 1975.
