124W16 Condominium (New York City, New York)

USA / New Jersey / Hoboken / New York City, New York / West 16th Street, 124
 condominium, apartments, Modern (architecture)

120-foot, 11-story residential building completed in 2020. Designed by David Howell of DHD Architecture & Interior Design, it was built in on the site of the French Evangelical Church which sold its air rights, allowing the new building to be built around and on top of the smaller church. The residential building has an industrial-modern style, clad in bricks of 2" bluestone with large casement windows with grids of small panes.

The front facade spans six bays, with two of them to the east of the older church building, and the other four spanning across the top, beginning at the 5th floor. These four bays are set back farther than the eastern two. These western four set back above the 8th floor, and the eastern bays set back above the 10th. At the set-back top floors of the western side, the industrial window grid is replaced by three bays of triple-windows fronted by balconies with glass railings at the middle bay. The building contains 15 condominium units.
