6-story residential building completed around 1915. It is clad in tan brick above a ground floor of beige-painted, rusticated stone with metal-and-glass storefronts at the west half of the north facade and also along the full east facade on the avenue. The main entrance is near the center, next to the western storefronts. It has brown metal-and-glass door and sidelight, with a transom below a sloped, green canvas awning. The doorway is framed by a gold-painted bellflower molding and flanked by projecting piers with gold-painted brackets carrying a cornice. There is also a single-window next to the storefront section at the east end.
The upper floors on the north facade have seven single-windows in the middle, with a wider single-window to the west and a bay of paired windows and a wider single-window to the east, with narrow double-window end bays. The end bays have brick spandrels between floors decorated with a small stone diamond shape in the center and small stone square at each corner. The other windows have splayed white brick lintels with keystones. The 5th-floor windows have stone squares at the upper corners, and the facade is topped by a brick band with a row of stone diamond shapes. A green metal fire escape runs down the east side of the facade.
The east facade's upper floors have three single-windows in the middle, and narrow double-window end bays with black iron mullions. Another fire escape runs down the south bay. The ground floor is occupied by Shun Cheong Kitchen, Edwin Food, Kennedy Fried Chicken, CFSC Check Cashing, and Fifth Avenue Deli Mart.
