The funerary monument of count general Otto Ferdinand Graf von Abensperg und Traun (1677-1748), military commander of Transylvania between 1747 and 1748. He died in Sibiu on February 18th, 1748.
The high relief and bronze ronde-bosse work signed by sculptor Anton Schuchbauer in Cluj. It represents a rectangular cartouche containing the commemorative inscription, above which, on a column, we find the medallion with the portrait of the deceased as well as his family coat of arms . Allegorical representations of Victory, Faith, Hope and Compassion are found on each side of it. It dates from 1748.
