10-story mixed-use building completed in 1996. Designed by Brothers & Gura and WQB Architecture, it is clad in randomly-patterned beige and dark-tan brick. The ground floor has a 4-window metal-and-glass storefront in the middle, with a glass door at the north end, and another glass door to the residential floors at the south end. The upper floors have two bays of square double-windows with vents below them, and the facade is divided into two halves by a vertical band of brown brick up the center. There is a setback above the 6th floor, and the top floors have the same window bays, but without the vertical band in the middle. There are no openings on the upper floors of the north and south facades rising above the neighboring buildings.

The upper floors contain 18 units for elderly formerly-homeless residents, and the base is occupied by Goddard Riverside Act Team Community Center.
