160-foot, 16-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1926. Designed by Emery Roth, it is clad in brown brick above a 2-story limestone base with a grey granite water table. Above the ground floor the north facade is divided into two wings by a deep light well. The upper floors at the west wing have four single-windows in the middle and wider single-windows in the end bays. The wider east wing seven single-windows in the middle and wider single-window end bays. The main entrance is centered on the ground floor, at the west end of the east wing, with a metal-framed glass door, sidelight, and transom in a stone surround with panels and hanging pendants at the sides, and a panel at the top bearing the address number 210 flanked by scrolls. The ground-floor section below the light well has three single-windows, and there is a scroll at both corners of the base of the light well above. At the west wing the ground floor has one wide single-window (at the eastern bay) and a small black iron-and-glass storefront at the west end. The base is capped by a band course with large dentils.

The end bays at the 3rd floor have stone surrounds topped by shields around which are arranged three winged putti and a garland. A thin stone sill course underlines the 4th floor. The facades are dotted by protruding air-conditioning units, and the end bays at the 14th floors have stone surrounds with small iron balconettes; they are topped by broken pediments with shields. The roof line is marked by a decorative, scalloped stone cornice.

The sidewalls of the light well have a tripartite window flanked by two single-windows, and the rear wall has a single-, double-, and tripartite window. The 16th-floor penthouse is set back on the east wing, and continues on the center roof section and set back on both south wings.

The ground floor of the west facade on Broadway is lined with metal-and-glass storefronts. The upper floors have a center section with 13 single-windows (two of which are narrower), followed by tripartite windows separated by brick mullions, and end sections with a single-window and a wider single-window; the dentiled band course still caps the 2nd floor. There are the same stone surrounds and ornament at the 3rd & 14th floors. The brick piers framing the tripartite bays are slightly projecting, capped by stone scrolls below the 15th floor. 2-story stone pilasters frame the tripartite windows at the 15th-16th floors, with 2-story stone columns separating them. There is a wrought-iron balconette below the center window of the tripartite bays at the 14th floor, and stylized capitals on the pilasters and columns at the 15th floor, which has round-arched windows in these two bays. The same scalloped roof cornice crowns this facade, interrupted by the brick sections above the arches of the tripartite bays, both with an enormous shield projecting above the roof line.

The east elevation is clad in brown brick on the lower floors, with beige brick at the top half, with a tripartite window, double-window, and single-window toward the rear of the front section, beginning at the 10th floor. The roof cornice extends a short way onto this facade. The longer rear section of the east facade is brown brick with many bays of single-, double-, and tripartite windows.

The south elevation has another deep light well in the middle; the west wing is brick brown and the east wing is beige brick, both with two bays of single-windows, those on the west wing more spaced out.

The roof-top watertank enclosure above the penthouse (at the middle of the west end) is two stories high with double-columns in the openings on all four sides beneath a red-tile pyramidal roof. Roth designed the penthouse level for himself and his family.

The building contains 167 apartment units. The ground floor along Broadway is occupied by 101 Barber Shop, Oxford Cleaners, Jewelry Land, 100 St. Wine & Liquor, Gothic Cabinet Craft, Just Pho You, and Broadway Bagel.
