7-story early-modern residential building completed in 1956. Designed by H. Herbert Lilien, it is clad in red brick. The main entrance is at the south end of the recessed center section on the east facade. The ground floor at this section is black-painted stone, with the entrance having glass-and-metal double-doors down a few steps from the sidewalk, below a peaked, grey canvas canopy extending up to the sidewalk. To the right is a double-window. At the upper floors the recessed center section has a bay of double-windows to the south, and a bay of single-windows with another of smaller ones to the north.

The south section has a bay of single-windows and a bay of double-windows on every floor. The north section has two bays of double-windows. There is a band of brick at the top, just below the metal coping, that is a browner shade. A brown metal fire escape runs down the north half of the recessed center section.

The south facade on 106th Street has two recessed sections, the east one somewhat deeper and containing a secondary entrance. The ground floor here is also black-painted stone, with a glass door on the right; to the left is a double-window and single-window, and there is an ADA-compliant elevator in front accessing the lowered ground floor from the sidewalk. Across the rest of the south facade, there are only six upper floors, as the ground floor from the east facade becomes a basement level here, with square metal vents below the window bays of the upper floors. The upper floors in the east recessed section have a bay of small bathroom windows, a double-window bay, and a single-window bay. The west recessed section has two inner bays of double-windows and outer single-window bays. The west end section has three double-windows, the center section has two double-windows flanking a single-window, and the east section has two double-windows flanking two single-windows. Both recessed sections have fire escapes, and the facades have protruding air-conditioning units.

The west elevation is also brick, and has two bays of single-windows flanking smaller bathroom windows, with another fire escape. The building contains 66 apartment units.
