3-story commercial building completed in 1930 as a store-and-loft building. The ground floor has been re-faced in grey cast-stone, with a tall glass-and-metal storefront, and a metal door at the north end to the upper floors. Both upper floors are framed by red-painted stone end piers, and have large industrial windows with white metal framing, organized into three 2-over-2 groups, with a transom pane above each group. Sign bands top the windows on both floors. The facade is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice. The upper floors are occupied by Carmel Car & Limo Service.
