4-story (including raised basement) residential building originally completed in 1885. It is the sole surviving member of a row of similar houses. The facade has been resurfaced in tan smooth stucco above a basement level of tan cobbled stone, and the stoop replaced by a basement entrance on the left, with a black wood-and-glass door, down a few steps from the sidewalk. To the right is a double-window with an iron grille, and a white-painted stone band sets off the floors above.

The original parlor-floor entrance is replaced by a single-window, and there is a double-window to the right, both with iron grilles. The next floor has a centered triple-window and the top floor has a double-window.
