5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1890, along with the other four matching buildings to the south. The facade is clad in light-tan brick with white stone trim above a light grey-painted brick and dark grey-painted limestone ground floor that is lined with metal-and-glass storefront facing the avenue. The main entrance is centered on the south facade, atop a short, wide set of black-painted steps, with a glass door, sidelights, and transom. The entry is framed by pairs of light-grey paneled pilasters on shared dark-grey plinths with stylized capitals, topped by large scrolled brackets wrapped by wreaths and carrying an entablature with foliate ornament at the ends, a panel in the center reading "SANS SOUCI" and flanked by rosettes, and capped by a black-painted cornice.
The ground floor to the left and right is light grey-painted brick banded with dark-grey limestone, and the basement level (mostly exposed to the west of the entrance, behind an areaway enclosed by iron fencing) is also light-grey brick, with a dark-grey stone band across the top. To the right of the entrance is a small window, follow by a single-window, a double-window, and two more single-windows. To the left is another small window and single-window opening (both now filled-in); all of these windows are topped by splayed lintels with scrolled keystones. There is a section of metal-and-glass storefront at the east end, with bright yellow-painted cast-iron pilasters.
The upper floors have six single-windows in the middle, grouped roughly into pairs, with the eastern one in the western pair smaller than the others, and the eastern one in the middle pair narrower. The middle pair has stone surrounds, and the outer pairs have splayed stone lintels. To either side is a bay of double-windows set in 3-story stone surrounds from the 2nd-4th floors. The outer edges of these surrounds are slightly rounded, and they have scrolled brackets wrapped with wreaths at the tops, carrying triangular pediments that interrupt the stone cornice setting off the top floor. The stone spandrels in these two bays have a variety of scrolls, panels, and floral garlands. The east end bay has single-windows and the west end has two single-windows, with splayed lintels. The top floor is banded with white stone and has stone surrounds at the center two windows and the double-windows, which also have keystones and are flanked by keys at the sides. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils.
The storefront sections on the ground floor of the east facade are divided by bright yellow paneled cast-iron pilasters with acanthus-leaf capitals. The upper floors have six bays of single-windows. The edges of the facade have stone quoins, as do the two bays next to the end bays. These also have stone spandrels between floors with the same ornament seen on the south facade, including the 4th-floor pediments at the stone cornice. A black iron fire escape with decorative railings on the landings runs down the middle two bays, and the roof cornice continues onto this facade.
The ground floor is occupied by Ranch Tequileria, and there is a basement commercial space at the west side of the north facade, occupied by Sunny Sunflower Spa.
