6-story Romanesque-revival cooperative-apartment building originally completed in 1907 as a stable. Designed by Samuel Sass, it is clad in tan brick above a stone ground floor painted off-white. The building was converted to residential use in 1930.

There is a shallow recessed area at the ground floor, with a white metal service door paired with a window at the east side. To the right is the main entrance, angled atop two small steps, with a wood-framed glass door and facing another window at an opposite angle. The upper floors have three bays of round-arched single-windows edged in brick quoins and lintels. Brick string courses line the top floor, which has white stone moldings across the arches. The facade is crowned by a corbelled brick roof parapet, slightly peaked at the center. The exposed east elevation is faced in parged, plain brick.
