7-story residential building originally completed in 1889 as the easternmost house in a row of four. It was largely rebuilt with a new facade and new duplex level on top in 1926, designed by Ralph M. Karger. The facade is faced in beige stucco.

The entrance is on the left, with a black metal-framed glass door, sidelight, and short transom; to the right are two single-windows. The short 2nd floor has a double-window and two single-windows, all of these with metal grilles. The 3rd & 4th floors have single-windows on the left, and larger square openings on the right, with a double-window at the 3rd floor and a triple-window at the 4th. The 5th floor has another single-window on the left, and paired windows on the right.

The duplex on top has an almost double-height triple-window on the right, and a tiny slit window on the left. A simple stone coping marks the roof line.
